Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. A binding contract only comes into effect upon shipping confirmation.

3. Prices and shipping costs
The prices valid on the day the order is accepted apply. Prices quoted are in Swiss francs and include shipping costs. Currently, we only ship within Switzerland.

4. Delivery and availability of goods
Delivery times are usually 2-5 working days.
Should a product not be available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will notify you immediately and refund any payments already made.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

- Google Pay

- Klarna
Payment is processed through our payment service providers. Your account will be debited immediately after the contract is concluded.

 

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of BOJO Fragrances until full payment has been made.

Due to technical circumstances (e.g., screen display, lighting conditions during photography) and artistic staging, the colors, shapes, and details of the products depicted may differ from reality. The actual delivered goods always prevail.
